All deposits must be made from a legitimate source of funds and must be money that is legally owned by the member. 123 Liga does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method used must be in the same name as the 123 Liga account holder.
123 liga reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding certain limits, as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of deposits and withdrawals.
Members may request a withdrawal from their 123 Liga account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 4 hours for DuitNow and e-wallets under normal conditions. During peak hours or on weekends, processing may take up to 24 hours. 123 liga endeavours to process all valid withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.
Additional Verification: For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within a 24-hour period, 123 liga reserves the right to conduct additional verification, which may take up to 3 business days. This is a standard security measure to protect our members.
